Founded in 2020, Monet helps consumers to get their finances on track. Through our products Finodo and Bonimo, we help more than 100,000 users each month to manage their finances better.
We are funded by well-known business angels who are themselves founders of Unicorns and VC-funded startups. We'd love to tell you more in person.

Tasks
- You oversee our paid and organic marketing activity (>1m€ ad spend per year and rapidly growing)
- You own our marketing success, related KPIs and implementation
- You structure and manage our marketing organization
- You act as a strategic advisor to the board and other stakeholders to drive the business forward
Requirements
- You have 5+ years in digital marketing and user growth experience for a direct-to-consumer or app-based business
- You have mastered performance marketing implementation & strategy
- You have excellent analytical skills
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- You enjoy working with data and have good analytical skills
- You work in a structured and independent manner and are well organised
- You have an affinity for fintechs and excellent communication skills in English (German optional)
- You love to work in an agile way and have a "getting things done" mentality. You are driven by creativity, fresh ideas and curiosity about the latest technologies.
