Founded in 2020, Monet helps consumers to get their finances on track. Through our products Finodo and Bonimo, we help more than 100,000 users each month to manage their finances better.

Tasks
- Write and ship production code that has meaningful and measurable user and business impact
- Envision, build and analyse new features and tools, each contributing to company growth and revenue
- Work with a small cross functional team
- Collaborate with Moneteers all over the company, whether in engineering, marketing, support, etc
- Help thousands of Monet customers meet their goals and help them manage their finances, stemming from changes you’ve made
- Implement experiments that give us valuable insights into user behaviour and how to improve their experience
- Get exposure to how Monet works as a business
Requirements
- You have 2-4 years of software engineering experience
- You have a degree in computer science (or equivalent)
- You love to work in an agile way and have a "getting things done" mentality
- You already have experience in backend or app development and are fimiliar with scalable software architecture, microservices, Java/Kotlin or Javascript.
- You are fimiliar with CI/CD tools, Hibernate and Docker.
- You have an affinity for fintechs and excellent communication skills in English (German optional)
